On this trip we will visit the best lagoons of Castilla-La Mancha. Among cereal crop fields, vineyards and olive groves there are several lagoon complexes that serve as a refuge for Birds living in this environment.

During spring and winter, migratory birds congregate in them, increasing considerably both in number and in specie. Even in winter you can watch Greater Flamingos.

Throughout the day we will observe a high number of bird species and in some of the chosen places at a very short distance so it is very common to obtain excellent photographs.​​

Climate

In autumn we can have cool days (especially in the early hours), and quite hot for this time of the year.​

Recommendations

It is convenient to pay attention to weather forecasts in case it became necessary to wear some warm clothes. As what we are going to visit are lagoon complexes it is advisable to bring mosquito repellent.

​Low. The trip to the observation places is done in vehicle and there are no long walks.
